At Grandoor Frames, we understand the importance of preserving our natural resources, and we are proud to play a small role in promoting a more sustainable future. While we recognize that we can only help in a small way, we are committed to doing our part in making a positive impact on the environment, our community, and our people.

To achieve this goal, we align ourselves with vendors who can provide safer and more sustainable materials. As an example, we source materials that contain no added urea formaldehyde (NAUF) whenever possible. And as a member of the National Forest Foundation’s Sapling Program, we actively support the planting of new trees in US forests. Our goal as we continue to grow is to donate 1000 trees annually on behalf of our clients. We also are constantly looking for ways to repurpose scrap wood material rather than discard. As importantly, we believe in fair wages for our team and are committed to offering sustainable wages. We understand that our team members have lives outside of work, and we value their wellbeing just as much as we do their contributions to our company. To promote a healthy work-life balance, we offer flexible work schedules to accommodate our team members’ needs. This allows them to pursue their personal responsibilities when they deem necessary.
